Texas Instruments (TI) announced the election of Cynthia Hoff Trochu as SVP, secretary and general counsel, replacing Joe Hubach, who is retiring from TI after 31 years of service.   In her new position, Trochu will play a role in developing company policies, counseling on business strategies and ensuring TI’s global compliance.
